Scott Treleaven

Scott Treleaven was born in Toronto, Canada. He has had recent solo exhibitions at John Connelly Presents, New York, Marc Selwyn Fine Art,LA, and Kavi Gupta Gallery, Chicago, as well as group shows at the Biennale de Montreal, Artists Space, NY, and a screening at MOMA. He lives and works in Paris. In 2006 'The Salivation Army Black Book' was published, compiling Treleaven's early drawings, collages and zines. In 2007 a new catalogue, entitled 'Some Boys Wander By Mistake', was released featuring a conversation with Jack Pierson, essay by Terence Hannum, and poems by Dennis Cooper inspired by the work.
